★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Bank and Pathetic Branch Manager....Went to enquire about 2 wheeler loan....Manager says she can't give loan as I don't have account in there Branch....Very rude and adamant in approach....Didnt even ask me take the seat for saying I don't have account in their branch bt she said in mean while u can open an account in this branch....Why the hell is this when u r not at all ready to take application....There also nonsense request from her....She asked in which bank u have account and she is telling why don't u ask them only....Is this the right approach when customer comes in search of loan....Dont I know to ask from the bank where I have my account....Who is she to teach customer go and take their....If she can give loan she should give or else she should shut her mouth...She don't have any right to say go and take loan in the bank where you have account.....Bcoz of such Useless managers IOB is getting bad name....Seriously Nonsense and Useless lady....I don't know when did banks started this thing....I have account or not they should give loan if customer eligible....Place don't go this branch asking fr loan or anything.... They made senior citizen to suffer bcoz they don't know how to do some particular work....Great branch....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even tough IOB offers one of the good forex rates, this particular branch has different set of rules for opening a/c for forex transfer. Please don't visit this branch for forex they are very keen on putting you off then helping out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ enquired about the locker facilities, was told that it takes 4 months to get a locker, went to nearby axisbank, they informed that can be done in two days. Looks like the bank staff fooling customers.
