Lawyers r Happy if u r in legal/court problem,
Doctors r Happy if u r in health problem,
Police men Happy if u do something bad.
They more happy if u more in problem.
But being a Banker I only Will happy increase if your wealth and prosperity increases.
My Happy increases with increasing if you wealth.

IOB is near our door step. 10000% we r been getting help from this bank.
Though I was not given any loan from this branch, I have to go Jajpur town for the help. Still its better. Hopefully after change of staff/manager it will be the best.

Account opening in 1 hour
Cash deposits no waiting
Cash withdrawals just in 5 mins.
Great personnal touch inside the bank. Home like feeling.
Sweet cashier posted there. MR PK Das the cashier always us happily serves us there.
There we feel always complete energetic with the turnout of staff.

Huge rush only for two staff little bit embarrassment but can manageable.
Multy tasking clerk Mr Prasanta Das working quality OK, but he takes 4 to 5 days is too bad.
Manager don't have tone to see anything as hell is busy in general banking.
ATM is placed since a month but yet to be installed.
All over is a good bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IOB, A new way of banking. Good service from a very remote place. The only and lonely nationalized bank in the Pritipur locality.
Happy to have account opening in one day but lack of ATM is it's major disadvantage. NEFT & RTGS within an hour. Cash deposit just in 5 minutes while cash withdrawals took appx 15 mins.
Only two working staff ( Manager+ cashier) r very overloaded to mention 4000+ active customers.
Priya Ranjan Dalai the Manager, seems very active and have innovative ideas for increase the profitability of the branch.
Being it's on the 1 st floor, little difficult for super senior citizens and handicraft people.
No inverter power supply (fan) for customers during Power cut.
Over all happy to have a account there. 5 stars r not enough to rate.
Thanks to cashier P K Das to provide better service to senior citizens.

Account opening takes 3 to 5 days is too bad.
But I was able to deposit cash only in 2 minutes. Only two working staff in such a huge permises little amberassing.
Priyaranjan Dalai the branch manager seen opening of saving accounts seems too funny. Being me from a financial background knows the importance of his seat.
Prasanta Kumar Das, the clerical staff, the most energetic and jolly man guided me filling the NEFT formalities being the the most busy person inside the branch.
I can say additional staff may increase the efficiency of the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to see a nationalized bank in locality.
Bank is in its peak position, manager little different type person. Hope everything will OK. Cashier Mr Peasants don't have time to open an account, asking 5-10 days, too bad. Other work other than cash like ATM apply, Mobo no change , Card active/inactive etc r very late. Manager always busy in..... Can't say.
Over all cash withdraw and deposits r wonderful experience, though ATM found out of cash many times, quick teller services rest all problems.
