★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank in India. Most inefficient and rude staff. It will take you on an average 2 hours to draw cash from the bank. The staff comes in late. Then their computer does not get connection to the "link" so you have to keep waiting endlessly. This could mean 30 minutes or 8 hours, nobody knows. This has been going on for more than 10 years in all IOB branches.
They have no respect for other people's time. Pathetic banking. KEEP MILES AWAY FROM IOB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch for opening a/c The lady responsible for opening a/c is joking around and saying what you will do by opening account and making fun and told come after 2-3 days, is this a way to treat customer,disappointed,I recommend others not to visit the bank

Specially at Royd Street Branch.
Iam an NRI and invested at this branch. No one cares anymore. Thinking of transferring to HDFC.
