★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch service is very poor I visited that branch at 3:15pm for KYC updation so they ask which branch you open the account so I confirmed that branch after that they denied for updation they said that so visit that branch after that I confirm this is online account so they said time is over(close timeing is 4:00 pm) now tomorrow visit again before 2pm and our biomatric device is also not working properly so better you visit the main branch there is availability of many devices over there /// my question is why you open that mini branch if not working proper I think doesn't make any sense for mini branch. customer is struggling for basis services. Employee is also not welcoming // they bhihave very rudely
