★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had installed 4 Split Ac , its is an night mare 6 month of installation and the gas does not stay in machine very poor installation have had paid 56000 for installation have reported the problem he does not care after receiving the payment.
Look for better option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my ac repair from them 1 month back. And they gave me gurantee of 3 months but it got damage within 15 days again. I’m trying to call them again and again. Once he picked up my call and said will get it repair in next 2 days. But now he stopped picking up my calls.
Worst service ever. They just make fool of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services tbey assure u warranty after filling but never attend it ,very unprofessional behaviour of owner and his staff. I got my ac repaired n refilled same night it went leak i called the owner to report same night. He didnt send anyone for two days.
Aftr two days i again paid repair charges now on same night again it stopped cooling n nkw dere staff not covering offered warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 Hitachi 1.5 ton split Ac. Paid 66k for AC , 3k for Installation and 1k for transport(3km). Team sent by the dealer was very poor and incompetent, it took them 5 hours to install 1 AC and they came on the 2nd day and took another 4 hour to install the other unit. One of the AC is leaking from the body and as per the guy who visited to check the leak told the AC is faulty and now Mr Sahil from this IR shop is not changing not sending any one for repair also. Also they give me foolish reasons like its sunday may be the engineer overslept or the concerned person is in bathroom , etc etc. Poor service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
