The product is just as the description and they packed it extremely professionally and were kind enough to pass me a totally unexpected free gift as well! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently purchased around 150+ stamps of 30 countries from Indian Stamp Company and is extremely happy about the quality of stamps as well as their service.
Pros -
1. Excellent collection of rare countries
2. Original stamps in good shape
3. Packing and delivery is excellent though slightly slowed down due to covid pandemic
4. Easy to order and purchase online
5. Got free gift as well, thanks!
6. Good customer consideration, always clarifies any queries if we call to the mentioned contact number
Some of the very minimal cons are -
1. Sorting of stamps should be slightly improved, there should be a mechanism to sort by price and current availability else searching becomes little cumbersome.
2. One single place for all foreign stamps both mint and packets can be created
3. Delivery charges can be excluded if it is beyond a particular amount
4. Cart is not auto-saved and goes the moment we log off. Hence we need to do the selection again if network goes down suddenly.
Overall I will rate this as an excellent place for all philatelists with ample amount of varieties and awesome service. Keep up the good work..!! Thank you so much!!!
