★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service , no response to query after 20 days of request also . No definite SLA of work . We needed to get the gas pipe shifted , construction work is impacted. Paid the required fees and after that more than 20 days no response to request . Just that we will forward to engineers , no response to email complaints also . Extremely poor customer support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service.. customer care is useless.. request for modification was placed and even after 2 months issue was not resolved. If you call customer care they will say this is escalated and will be resolved in 1 weeks time. If you email them, they don’t even respond. The engineer would keep saying I will come tomorrow and his tomorrow never comes… worst part is they expect you to still pay the amount without services. It’s better to stick to LPG cylinder.. this review is specific for Hubli district
