★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff needs monitoring. I used my Indian oil citi bank card points to pay for oil, and he acknowledged that points has been redeemed, but instead charged on my card...this is really not expected from the one who is dealing day and night in such transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was toilet I used it as emergency but toilet basin has no flow pipe (20₹) it drains water on my feet.
There is flush but not working, it's handle is broken can fix in 50₹ still no one bothers.
One more thing which is most critical, once I was there and took petrol of 100₹ in my bike, I hardly drive for 12 km and petrol was over.
I need to drag my bike to nearest petrol pump.
That was last day when I buy petrol from here.
I use to go Bharat Petrolpump near Palam fly over , never faced such situation.
I request you to please check by other means how much they fill of your money.

No cleanliness.
All sad faces.
I had to wait 10 minutes to get 50 rupees balance.

They also told me about petrol add-on which improves engine performance, and it actually works. They told me put 1ml for every 1 litre of petrol.
I found them knowledgeable. Now i prefer to visit this particular petrol pump when I am in Dwarka.
