★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chat support is pathetic and they don't pick your queries if it is refund related and they make mistake.
I have waited for hours to to talk to customer care but they intentionally drop the call or don't pick the chat.
They had emailed to cancel the flight and no charges will be taken. The button to cancel just says "OK" to confirm cancellation and does not provide breakup of cost or deductions that are going to be levied. In one click your flight will be cancelled and intimation email comes with deductions applied.
After that they don't accept or resolve it. It is certainly a scam when customer is not given the opportunity to view the applied deductions before cancelling. While booking all these charges are displayed.
So dear flyers be careful with this sort of scam. Even though they say there are no charges for cancellation still they will deduct the charges.
For my complaint the response is as below:
"This is an automated response to acknowledge the receipt of your email. Your case reference number is 2339742"
Edit: Received the reply from Indigo that convenience fee levied at the time of booking fight is non-reimbursable. So customer should be aware of that.
Requested the appellate authority to look into the matter. Will update the response.

Made our trip memorable.
We arrived at the airport couple minutes post the recommended time with our kids(an infant and a 5 yr old ) . They had closed the baggage check-in counter. Spoke to the desk staff helping them understand our situation asking for their re-consideration. They responded pretty well and notably one person by the name of Shehzaan(pardon if I recollect his name incorrectly but most likely that was it) helped us through all checks with his priority access. If it wasn't for his genuine kind intention to help us , wouldn't have made it.
Full marks on customer delight for they showing and delivering their humane side with utmost priority .
