★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thigh is unorganised. Agents are preying on every vehicle or person entering the premises. If a help desk or kiosk is placed it will be good for regular customer like me. Only one counter is open for booking cargo and one for receiving. At least two booking counters should work at a time.
