★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had registered my name in this hospital for delivery but had a very bad experience with the staff.. they just keep declaring the patients as covid positive and tell them to remove their from hospital.. i had very bad experience as they spoke very rude that they will make sure to not do my delivery in their hospital just before 2 weeks Before EDD.. We then made a private covid test testing negative then we had to rush and search for other hospital at the time of delivery.. Please pregnant ladies stay away from this hospital.. very rude staff

If you are going to get tested for covid, the window for tokens opens at 9am. The line for tokens was not too long. They take your details and reason for testing maybe and give you a token. Then you have to go to Kaluram Jagtap swimming pool and badminton hall at 10.30am to give your swab samples. The tokens don't decide your number to get tested in a queue. You have to form a different line there to get tested on first come first serve basis. That line was quite long even on Monday. The swab collection takes approx 1 min per person and then the Antigen test results are declared within the next half hour. If you test positive in Antigen you have been sent to YCM (probably for retesting but not sure)
If you test negative then based on conditions you are tested again(If you have been in contact with Covid infected person or if you have Covid symptoms, they test you again, if you want this report for travelling purposes you don't need to get retested) and the RT-PRC results are declared after 2 days, which needs to be collected from Indira Gandhi hospital, Old Sangavi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ever hospital in Pune..These people dont know how to talk with patients..Nurses keep shouting on patient for each and every thing..It really hurts people who come for treatment are being treated this way..They have lost all humanity and I really doubt how they are given this responsiblity job.The security person has no sense to talk with anybody..I would highly recommend to not get treated here
