★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiroots clicked good photos at first on my wedding day but it was really disheartening to get photobook, video and processed pictures after almost 11 months of my wedding.
I understand that the photographers have become really busy these days but no one takes 11 months to give a photobook for just one event (wedding day) in which 8-9 photos are repeated. This is really unacceptable because they took so many months in the first place to come up with the photobook and they didn’t even care to share the final pdf before printing.
I would really want the team to make it a point to deliver their work in time. I have literally bugged Soumya at least 1000 times to give me my photobook and sometimes he wouldn’t even reply to my pings and if at all he would reply then I would get the same answer that “you would get it by this weekend”.
Soumya surely is an ace photographer but professionalism is something that the team lacks!
P.S. I never post bad reviews about anything but I had to this time because I believe feedback can really help the team to improve on their weak points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst photographer agency ever. Indiroots is a fraud institution who took all the money but didn't give any output. They were very good in destroying all the good memories that were created. Didn't give any videos citing some or the other reasons.
Also after so so many follow ups, we got our photographs and albums after 10 months of marriage.
The worst part is they don't receive your calls neither bother to call back nor respond to any msgs.
Even if you put all these efforts, at the end the output you will get is so worse.
Please people don't opt for this agency or you will repent for life.
