★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a shareholder of this company holding shares in physical form. My folio w No. is H000287. The Company deputed Axis Bank to send dividend cheques to shareholders in respect of 2018-19. Axis Bank sent me a cheque for this dividend vide cheque Sr.No.561885 dated 22/08/2019 with incorrect bank account number. I sent back that cheque to the Company on 14/10/2019 by post to Company’s Dombivali East Office. I also sent a cancelled cheque of my Bank account. But the Company has not sent me revised cheque with correct bank account despite four reminders. It is a very sorry state of affairs.
