★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indotherm equipment corporation supplied us 5 major equipment, A skelner furnace, A tilting rotary furnace, A loading system, An ingot casting line and a hot dross machine.
From the moment we ordered the equipment, we have had significant challenges, order was significantly delayed. We were not given information of order status. Finally the items were shipped. They arrived with lots of missing items. The technician sent was not familiar with the equipment and almost irreparably damaged the installation.
The support team.in india were not much help. It almost seemed especially with the Tilting rotary furnace and hot dross machine that they had never done it before.
We had to request so many missing items. Eventually the the casting line. skelner furnace and TRF were installed
Till date the pusher/loader has not been installed neither has the hot dross machine which in all likelihood will never work.
The Tilting rotary furnace has been the biggest challenge. All of the hydraulic components, Ram, control valves have failed. We tried to repair locally and found out defective used parts had been sent to us.
Electrical components have also been failing. These equipment were only installed mid December, 2019. We have complained and asked for help.
We had dealth with Lokesh tripathi all the while. At this juncture he passed me onto his father Mr C. L Tripathi who told me while he understands the problems we have had. His company was experiencing too much losses fixing the issues with the machines they supplied and hence we would have to pay to get parts from india to fix the defects. A clear breech of warranty commitments.
I would advice anyone out there looking to order from Indotherm Equipment Corporation, India. They are a fraud. They misrepresent their capabilities and will abandon you when things get bad due to their own incompetence. Beware.!!!. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Indotherm is very good. Mr. Lokesh Tripathi is very helpful and knowledgeable. He makes the maximum to meet our demands. We are buying equipments with him since year 2016, and no disappointment till now and still buying equipments from them. Firstly we bought an alminium melting furnace, then afterwards we bought moulds, crusible etc. He is always here to listen and help you. He is very friendly. They provide good services. Packing and equipement received in good condition. A good company to work with and trustworthy people. It was a pleasure working with Indotherm company. I highly recommend them.
