★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big Housing Complex built(1975-1979)by West Bengal housing board. It is in a prominent place & you can go anywhere from here at ease and anytime even at midnight since B.T.Road is 3/4 mins walking, Dumdum & Belgahia Railway+ Metro Station 10/12 mins walking.Shyambazar around 1.5 km approx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up here. The entire complex is like a home to us. Anyone in urgency will find a friendly and warm hand on the shoulder of a youngster or a veteran .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unclean and untidy. The residents basically from E6 to E13 throw garbages on road. They do not even cooperate to remain clean. The play grounds have become a happy hunting place for snakes and it has turned out to be a parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime location to stay. Good connectivity & transport facility available to access public transport, like major railway stations like Dum Dum & Kolkata Stations are within 2 km range. B. T. Road is 200 mtrs. Chuni babu bazar is the cheapest daily market nearby, apart from this Dum Dum market & Ashu babu market are within 1 km distance. R. G. Kar Hospital is within 2.5 km distance. Housing complex maintenance is too poor. Every household is expected to contribute for better & improved living & lifestyle, which is missing. Creativity & expansion is missing for the annual events arranged by organisation, like Durga puja, Kali puja & laxmi puja ! Youth programs like annual sports has come to a pause , due to lack of energy of the youths associated in the youth club or association as applicable. There are no well managed playgrounds & amenities for children. Children's park is too poorly managed or ignored. Parking lot arrangement is worst & a mess during rainy season, all muddy & dirty. Although this house is spread with a land size of around few acres. Ample space but poorly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 years old Housing Complex located insight of the city at the North. Has amenities such as Children Park , Club and Parking area. But one major problem is that security is not tight.

She is the President of the entire Housing Estate 2 ! She is a very good speaker I must say and a very knowledgeable person regarding the Political aspects of our corrupted government
