I had experience a incident on 23jan 2019 in moring around 9.15 am being riding on auto while filling cng from lal kuan staff was totally behaving so rudely and in appropriate misbehaviour was mis conducting with the auto driver one who had filled cng and with us also
After all he put cng and amount was almost 145 mrp he denied to give 5 rs to before customer whom he was dealing .150 was given he denied to give rs 5 its not a matter of 5 rs its a matter of services and staff interaction to the customer he was having changes with him also but he totally denied to give change and bill also ...
So the request is to provide qualty trained staff not misbehaved person no other staff come to solve issue and no one was bother for issue even staff had not given their name and showed id card on being asked and was using abusive language

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded, very lazy staff, way too much time consuming specially when you choose for online wallet payment like phonepe or paytm. There is a pump around 300 meters back on the same road same side I recommend that.
