When I gave my Apache RTR 200 for servicing they returned it replacing the premium nuts and bolts by some cheap spare parts of an Auto Rickshaw.
Moreover the rear tail light was not working properly.
They don't pay attention to the customer instead what you can hear is their gossips about their relatives.
You need at least 20-25 minutes to just fill the forms for servicing. Worst shop I've ever seen...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting people, today i was standing for half an hour but the person who prepares job card was busy with some other stuff. Highly disappointed. I don't know why I took my vehicle for paid service to the showroom.

Alot of missleading happen from service center and a boy who come for collect the vehicle without id
(Its difficult to trust without id ).....never recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly telling the service in Indrayani is very horrible.. They deliver my scooty after 3 days and when I come home it's doesn't start... Very poor service... Not fitting parts properly and service is very costly than other tvs showrooms. Don't go for this service center you will ruin your vehicle and your time. The worst decision to serviced my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Even after 45 days, I didn’t got a single call from them regarding the part for my vehicle which I asked for. I had to call them frequently to check on the status. Because of this delay, the claim which I raised with my insurer got lapsed. Even after visiting the service centre no one cares to take the responsibility and simply keep on passing from one person to other. I did a mistake asking you guys to get a required part for my bike and I regret that. Will make sure I never ever visit you guys. Thanks for your pathetic service. Good Luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to service vehicle somewhere else. Or even get a cycle. It took 2hrs just for someone attend me and prepare job card. Get your Desk Job people some training and fire who handles your internal policies regarding aforesaid.
