★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park is a precious treasure spread over an area of about 400 hectares on the banks of Sabarmati River in Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat. Very nice place, beautifully maintained, lot of birds, Lions, snake house, black bucks, white bucks, sambhar,and many more like peacocks, langoors etc. And best of all is dianasour's park
It is good place for people who want to go with their children. It has open zoo concept.
It is almost 3-4km walking in total so try to avoid taking old age people. Do carry water bottles.
Try to visit in winter and monsoon season since in summer it is difficult to cop up with heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indroda park is one and only natural park in Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar city. It is mostly crowded in monsoon season due to green lush carpet. You can also visit in winter and summer season. You can visit here Dinosaur Fossil park, Snake Park, Animal park (White Tiger, Leopard, Lion), Birds park, Cactus park, Botanical garden and many more attractions. Entry Fees is 30 rs. Eatting in park is strictly prohibited. You can spend 5-6 hours easily.

The park has sections dedicated for dinosaur park (that hosts dinosaur models, and dinosaur egg fossils), botanical garden, a zoo and a snake park. Spread over a sprawling areas, this is great place to spend some idle time with nature with family.
