Indus Satellite Greens Township - Indore

Good place to live. Very calm and quiet. Too long from the main road. To get daily stuffs u need to travel alot. It is outside the city. Almost 6 Km away form Vijay Nagar Square.

Indus satellite green is a Simple middle class Township. 800 + Houses are here Almost packed... But Approach Roads and Conditions are Very Poor.

Place is good however road are worst. Villages have awesome road these days.

The connecting road to the main door of the society needs a lot of improvement as it is quite vulnerable and harsh to reach out there.

Excellent place to live, township have beautiful gardens and nice construction. Design of Flats & Row houses is very good, ventilation is proper, feels spacious.

Let's start with the good part : • Houses are nice & spacious. I must say the architect was talented. Build quality is not too bad for a readymade house. • Budget friendly place: either you want to be an owner or tenant. But don't consider it for investment. Plenty of empty houses still available for sell & rent. (as on 2019/07) • There are 2 big & some small gardens. All are well maintained with some swings and slides. Your kids gonna love it. • Many shops outside the township so it's okay if you forget to buy something on your way back from work. Most of the daily need stuff is available here. Plus some clinic, furniture shop, bank kiosk, old gym and a supermarket makes makes this place a small town in itself. • Skilled team for maintenance which includes electrician, plumbers, gardeners. They are just one phone call away 24x7, 365 days. • People : Best part is, this place is overcrowded with great people. Not the people with multi million ₹ German car, but they have a million ₹ heart. There are regular society meetings where you can share your grievances with people and authorities. They don't miss any festival celebration here, specially the Navaratri. Here comes the part you won't like: • Quite far from city, roads are nearly extinct and boom - there is a railway crossing on the way to the A.B road (2.3 km). And guess when the guard shuts down the barriers ? Exactly when you're already late. (Murphy's law) • No public van or bus comes to the township. Not easy to get a cab sometimes. Niranjanpur iBus station is 5 kms far. Township used to have a van to pick and drop people from A.B road to township, but that was old golden days, not now. If you don't have your own vehicle, don't consider this place. • This township is located in a village, not into municipal corporation, so don't be a cry baby about the development work, no roads, no street lights, security, ODF, HDI & bla bla. Nothing much changed in the last decade and you better not hope about it. • As you can see from the satellite view that this place is surrounded by farms and quite open & green. Consequently, we have a trillions of mosquitoes. Every family here have a mosquito killer tennis racket for each of the family members. • Too many stray dogs inside the township. And yes they bite, run behind your car. Often they fight and bark in the middle of the night. I'm planning to buy a sniper rifle this year, so yayy! • No clubhouse, swimming pool, gym. I guess there won't be any. That was it. By the way, I'm a resident of this township since July 2011. Let me know if you have any questions. I can post some pictures if you want to see. Its Around 2.5 Kms From The Main Road And The Roads Which Connects With The Society Are The Worst Roads In Indore. About 4-5 Years Ago This Place Was Well Maintained Roads Were Good, Gardens Were Beautiful But Now This Is The Worst Society In The Name Of Connectivity And Maintainence. Also There Is No Hospital Near By This Society. And Because Of Current Scenario In Case Of Emergency It's Quite Hectic In Such Situation To Get Out From Here. High Chances Of Accidents. Do Not Decide To Reside In This Society.

I live here from last 5 years. Its best place to live in this area. It's a secured, covered campus with ample of water supplies are there even in summers. There are row houses and flats. Society is very well maintained and maintenance charges are nominal. Even services like electricians, plumbers, sweepers, gardeners etc are provided free in this maintenance. Colony is lush green with 4 big gardens and there are many pegions and birds all around. People are very good and helpful. We celebrate all festivals together like one big family. There are lots of shops outside the campus and you can buy anything and everything from nearby. The only problem here is that the roads outside are not in good condition and people face daily difficulties due to this. But still this one of the best place to live.
