★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service...I wanted to close my account...But even after 1.5 months and visiting the bank over 10 times, my account was not closed. My debit card was closed, cheque book was cancelled and there was no way to take my money that was left in the account but my account was not closed.
It took maximum 15-20 minutes to open a new account but to close the account, they made me visit the bank again and again.

Very busy with their own talks and phone...very bad quality specially the lady sitting at very first desk..she was not able to help us , in addition, she guided us to wrong branch... Seriously very pathetic service.. Never ever visit this branch
