★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst banking experience so far! The procedures at the bank are absolutely un-customer friendly. I hold a non-resident account and from day one have had issues - non receipt of ATM cards/pins, passwords not working/log-in issues (most unfriendly online banking, try their password re-setting, you will know what I am saying)!!
When you try calling Phone banking/customer support, its a joke! They did not recognize my registered phone (obviously I was using Reliance calling service to call India), but the IVR in the call center did not show my number. Was it my fault?!
For non-residents, its important to consider other factors too besides the interest rate when you select a bank.

You can call them on phone and when you visit them at the branch, they know you and are able to help you efficiently and quickly. No time is wasted here. Therefore I prefer this bank.
