★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get my FD renew and also to invest more for new FD.
Inspite of repeated call request I got FD application form today after my FD get matured on 22nd.
Very disappointed and regret to say I tried to call number of times, nobody Boudhered to collect the form.
My past experience with bharuch branch is good.
I am salaried person , bank and my office timings are conflicting.
Mgt should take initiation to improve customer service
