★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was a zero rating option here. Worst bank ever visited. Had to urgently update aadhar details. Visited 7 times in 3 days and they kept asking me to visit later as they were BUSY. When I I irritated they gave me a landline number and asked to take an appointment before coming. And guess what - till date, no one receives on that number.
This branch should be closed. Horrible staff and super horrible services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to the bank at 10.40 to get details updated on Aadhaar only to find that the entire banking staff was in a meeting and we were asked to wait in the LOUNGE. This was a first time experience for me wherein the entire staff was in a meeting during the working hours of the bank. No one bothered to inform us when the meeting got over (the lounge was in isolation and the bank floor wasn't visible). When I heard people talking after about 20 minutes, I came out to find that the staff was back and when I enquired about Aadhaar update, was informed that the iris scanner was not working. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services for Aadhar related service, Firstly their system will not be available and somehow if you got an appointment after 5-6 follow ups they will consider you like burden since new aadhar card is free of cost and they will not get anything from you.
Today after waiting for almost an hour returned without work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud bank, on the name of Aadhar center they will force you to open account, if you do not show interest they will hold your aadhar proceedings. Be careful. For Aadhar visit new center next to Westside Gaur City 2
