★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products and site is great. However the customer service and follow up on the items ordered is very erratic. Sometimes you call them and number is switched off or you ask for tracking details and they forget to reply or follow it up.
All in all the products and packaging are good. Sevice needs to be worked on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my PS5 from them. I had to travel to Chandigarh to Delhi to get it. Also I paid 15K extra as it's not available literally anywhere. I feel it's better than Pre-ordering the PS5 and hoping for it to pop up God knows when. Yes stuff was overpriced but that's because it isn't in stock anywhere. The reason I didn't get it Delivered Home and traveled all the way is cause there are plenty of scams happening all over they would just ask you for the money and as soon as any amount is transferred they would dissappear and you cannot track them what so ever. So I didn't want to do any online transactions. An issue that I was facing was that there are no photos of the store. Also the real store and the website have different names, if you search Infinity Gadgets on Google maps it gives a wrong location. Everything just wasn't feeling right. Hope they add more photos and videos amd verify the location of the store and make the names the same so we can know that it's a real place where we can order whatever we want safely.
EXTREMELY HAPPY TO FINALLY GET MY PS5 SAFELY.
