★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohit the director of Infinity Hardware located in site-4 behind Venice mall Greater Noida, is a young enterpreneur who understands the value of customer and after sales services. This is the USP which I believe is most important. He can match the prices but he never compormises with quality. A hardware is the backbone of your construction infrastructure. You will get the best quality hardware at best price over this place.
Once my one hardware has some issues, he has given me the new one without taking any money and just asked to return the defected whenever I would visit the shop next time. This after sales service overwhelmed me as a customer and inspired me to write this review.
You never choose a shop, actually you choose a person which you believe in.
If the person is perfect the goods and services he is providing will sure be the reflection of his goodness.
Thanks Infinity Hardware for providing excellent services in Greater Noida area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless stuff . Please don't buy stuff from this shop. He sells duplicate stuff and if you show him he doesn't accept. There is no customer satisfaction. His stuff is not genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person is a liar who fails to own up his mistakes. I will not recommend any of my friends to buy stuff from his shop. I was at his shop and during my 10 mins halt I saw many customers who had come for replacement for their stuff. He was all the time not accepting his fault. So I felt that there was no customer satisfaction.
Even I faced the similar issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the products given. The handles had screws that never fitted. Inspite of telling the shop owner to change the handles, he plainly refused and just would not listen to us. We saw many other customers there with similar problems. Best would be to avoid going to this shop for purchase of house hold hardware. You are most likely to be cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently visited Infinity Hardware & Sanitary,as we are building our new home & we were very confused about handles & knobs to install on our cabinet & kitchen but after visiting this Infinity Showroom,the way they entertain their customer was very fantastic , both the brothers guided us very well about the aesthetics and modern designing concepts , they told us how the handles and knobs should be installed . I would also like to add one more thing which is very important the staff/team at the showroom is very humble and friendly in nature
A must Visit Shop For all kind of hardware and Sanitary products !!
