Today i visited showroom for purchasing a new car and gave them for servicing my old car.but i m not satisfied with their manners ,cost and management.
They gave estimate one figure and billing is much more than estimate .Beware all customers and tag ur all friends....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an Off-Roading King and it has many features like the keyless start, passive entry and this is the best in leg space in this entire segment. The mileage is great at this segment, and this is a high pickup car, it can easily reach to 160km/hr and the top speed is about 180km/hr, the comfort level is best in this segment. The service cost of this car is very low as compared to the other cars in this segment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toyota Fortuner is one of my favorite SUV which has a good amount of hp and also the best for off-roading. Also having spacious space for family of 7 people. Very comfortable for long route. Give a luxurious & sporty feeling while driving. Sales executive and team were very helpful and supportive for purchasing my Dream car.

The AC is not working in the whole showroom they have only kept one standing fan .
How would you feel to wait for 6 to 7 hours without AC in hot atmosphere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom is nice. Only issue is its location. It is very far from city almost 30 min drive from Gandhidham. They have created small test drive route inside the premise. Where they offer you test drive unless you insist a little more for test drive outside the premise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go there for service so that's ok but if you have some issues and you think that staff solve this so I am hard to say but you are in wrong place no one take intrest to solve your problem and treat you like you stole money from them and even basics like alignment or outer coating was not available every time. You should go outside for that basics every time. And some of them staff named raut was don't know that how to talk with customer. So basically we have not any options for other showrooms and they know that so they doing nothing for customer I hope Toyota work on their staff and basic equipment soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at the Gandhidham. No electricity, No power back up and the air conditioning was not working since a year. Only 01 pedestal fan in the waiting area between 20-25 customer. No proper set up for customer, the place is too far from the city you will not get restaurant, not even tea stall surrounding to the place. I had give my car for full service by 10:30am up to.1:30pm they had not taken in even not washed also. No parts are available they would give at least a week time to available and you have to again reach for that part. I had inform to staff to change my mobile number after 10 days it is not even changed yet.
