★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this diagnostic facility to get MRI done.I wanted to speak to Radiologist as I had chest pain for 7 months and despite of getting MRI, CT Scans, ultrasounds, Xrays done, I had no relief.I wanted to speak to him to understand which area will be focussed for their study as they were not ready to do MRI chest and wanted to do only for sternum.
Somehow I convinced their coordinator and I could get in to talk to their Consulting Radiologist.He was so rude while listening to my history as if he was doing me a favour. Kind of ignorant behaviour.He seemed to very unprofessional.I have gone to many facilities and patient is always asked about the complaints but here they would do only what they want to.
