They say they have direct clients during interview. But they have nothing as their direct. Director (Kajal Joshi) she has no sense of talking, always rude, self obsession problem, thinks she is far much better than everyone. This is the only reason no senior and lead survived there for IT. Now they have no in Noida Branch to handle their IT reks. She keeps changing your team even if you are performing well. Account Managers are from Sales and BDM team who dont even know the "I" of IT and "T" of technical. They don't even know the difference between W2 and C2C and they are leading Senior and Lead IT recruiters.
They keep promising you several things and at last you will have nothing in your hand.
They follow the below principle which they themselves can't believe in.

The instance is me and my wife worked here. The moment I put resign from my position, the very next day Kajal Joshi only put my wife into PIP even if her manager said over the meeting that she is performing good enough. Still Kajal put her in PIP for 15 days. So you can judge how trusty and well-principled they are. At last, I just want to say just within 5 months of my working experience with them I saw more than 20 IT recruiter including senior, Lead and managers leaving the company just because of their mismanagement and behavior of Kajal Joshi. So, I will not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a long term goal coz here you can;t survive for long just coz of interference of management and director (Kajal).
