★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big scam running here. My laptop had internal fan issue. They destroyed motherboard. I paid a hefty sum. Suddenly one day laptop stopped working. Charge got disconnected. I am surprised by its good rating. Avoid this place.SCAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're running a scam because earlier the fan was working but making noise but now the fan is not working and the biggest problem is my laptop keep shutting down because of overeating. I cannot use my laptop more than 15 minutes so if you are if you want to change your fan, please don't go to this place. If you ask for a refund or told them that the fan is not working now they will not do anything. I would recommend to not go to this place, please go to some other place if you want your laptop to be working afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a scam what happen is that i gave my laptop to repair here when it get back from repair instead of 8 gb only 4 gb ram was detected by my lap so i gave it back to get it check to him again and then he repaired it with 8 gb ram but it was not until i gave laptop to my frnd he told me one of my ram was replaced as both the ram was of different companies and thats not possible
And dont know what other things he had done to my laptop?? and
there is problem with my battery too now pls atlest sign you laptop ram,screen and disk so it does not get replaced.... Like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Star For Solving an Issue that MY Laptop was facing and for the way technicians who repaired it!
Guy Sitting at the counter had real attitude! Looks Like he is the boss of Millions and running a billion pound COMPANY! Cannot provide You an urgent solution! You will have to keep the laptop there For at least 4-5 Hours so He can ask for more money for doing a work for longer hours even if that could have been done in an hour! Can't compromise with time as He is a human being he said! He closes office at sharp 7 PM, so plan accordingly!
While having a attitude problem with the boss, this office has nice engineers who talk very nicely on the phone! Don't even try to negotiate becs He will not reduce any amount because he has spent time on working with laptop!
He charges way more than anyone else can even think about! 750 For diagnosing the issue and if You don't repair! If You repair it will still be way more than other local technicians charge! They Don't provide pick up and drop service, if You ask for one they will ask for something that You would have never thought about!
VERY Poor Customer Service. Very Poor way of talking, Very Bad attitude towards Customers! Even if he is the last one on the planet, I would not recommend! You just can't deal with the attitude! It feels like You are the beggar and You don't have any other choice! in this world except him!
