The position was for research analyst and they took my profile from naukri contacted me and then first I had a round with Deepmala then later there was a telecone round with the sales direction Amit Verma and he asked me with the assessment work by which he can judge that am able to work in reach or not then took the Skype round and then a F2F and I have to specially call back my parents to pick me up as the interview went from 7:30-9:30 and then hr said to me that Amit is looking for person who is more into sencondary research and so we can't take you. So if that was it then you should have decided at the first stage only when I sent the assessment work based on reaseaech work only . Why to take so long and harrsing me by calling me all the way through Faridabad . Such a senior person can't believe did such nusiance.Really a very unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience with this company. I worked here for one of the client and suddenly 2 months later my profile is changed into copy pasting job. I requested and escalated a lot but found no conclusion from the coordinators and HR. Finally I decided to quit and they released me. Post that I have to keep on following up for the FNF settlement and relieving documents. Multiple emails to the HR, Finance head & MD is not working out…either they keep saying that they will help and dnt do anything or either they dnt reply.
Please think before joining this company, they dnt have their own process set neither they follow what is set. WHAT THEY PROMISE THEY WILL DO OPPOSITE TO IT…
