★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell you the course without hiring the teacher. They keep appointing teacher but their so called teachers leave within a few days and then again you have to wait until they find a new teacher. It's been like this since pre-Covid. Then they ask you to wait for a few days until they hire a teacher. Usually they don't get a professional they tell someone from staff who doesn't know the course to teach, the staff member tries to learn it and teach you next day. According to them this is the way professionals operate. When I asked them about it and said its not a professional way of teaching, they replied "Anyone learns before teaching." Sure everyone who teaches has to learn it but well in advance and has to be thorough with the course before teaching. You cant learn something from someone who just read about it yesterday. Also half the time their systems are broken and when they are available a proper IDE is not there or they say some software issue is there. You cant be expecting people to pay you for this kind of low grade teaching standard. When you ask to refund you for all this fakery, they don't refund. Selling a service and not offering it is a crime (Apparently these people don't get it). They should be charged with harassment.

The teaching staff sometimes argues like they are small kids or bigboss contestants. Complete lack of maturity and they call themselves professionals.
