★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nothing but a thief. I went for servicing my printer cartridge. They changed the drum for 500 Rs. When I again went there for refilling the same cartridge, they again said that the drum need to be changed and totally disagreed that they changed the drums few days back. I couldn't charge them as they didn't give me cash memo last time.

Also I must mention bout the well behaviour and co-operative nature of each and every staffs is note worthy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is manipulative... He tries to sell any product by giving examples of offers that, according to me, don't exist... At the time of purchase, he won't provide you the offers and will ask you to come after 3days to register your product... One is doomed to go after a week, as one has other work... After a week, the so-called offer expires...
To be honest, in case of servicing, infotech provides best service... It is open for a large part of the day, so you can visit at any time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infotech system & service is in-store shopping of pc and desktop and related gadgets. Service is so fast and easy. Good behavior also. It is nearly bus stop (less than 1 km) and under 300 metre to railway station. Wheel chair accessible and very comfortable staff.
