★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud people are there. My phone was in warranty I gave them to clean clean my camera lenses. When they returned the phone my lock and volume button is not working properly from then. Now they are saying to me to keep the phone for 4-5 day just only for lock and volume button. My phone was in good working condition but after I gave in my phone problem are arising. They will create another problem in your phone when you will go to this centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont bring your mobile here. They will fix one thing and a new problem will be created by them. If you bring next day, they will say that problem was already there even though the problem started just after they serviced it. Pathetic.

Service staff behaviour very rude.
Very shameful incident.
I had purchased MI beard trimer which stopped working after 15 days and was eligible for replacement within 3 months .
I had sent my staff but he was told that you have forcefully used the button it's damaged and there will be no replacement .
Next day I personally visited same thing was told to me .
Actually there is no damage everything is intact it suddenly stopped working .
I asked what is the meaning of warranty then .
I asked them to call the manager .
First the lady told me manager is not present .
Then I said I will wait till manager comes back .
Then she said she will receive the trimmer and write a mail to the company if they think it can be repaired or replaced then it will be done otherwise nothing can be done .
After receiving of trimer I forced her to call manager or I will wait till he is back she had no choice but to call manager .
Actually manager was present in the premises.
After taking to manager she started supporting the staff then I started making a video of the conversation and told them I will make it public .
Immediately another gentleman came claiming as reginal head .
He was sensible and was polite .
He listened to the whole story and confirmed that there is no damage it's malfunction of switch and trimmer will be replaced once they have stock .
If I would not have called the manager my money would have been wasted .
