★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with their Customer Service in their contract with Google LLC as a "help" desk. After calling for assistance, their representative proceeded to sell me a three year service after stating that he had detected the Alureon trojan on my system via Google WiFi. After research, I determined that it would have been necessary for him to access my computer to verify the "infection." I called three times requesting a refund as I was not going to use the services (the contract states that a refund can be obtained within 30 days). After being assured a refund was being processed, one never arrived nor was follow up made by this company. Notification will also be provided to the Better Business Bureau and to Google itself.
