★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am completely don't know why most of the companies did not give feedback after the interview or take any test. They are thinking they are just called or feedback the right person is just necessary not for the others
Why if any person gives our quality time to the organization and goes there for the interviewing company must understand and respect their decision interviewer have the right to know his or her result after the interview but the company don't think this is right for them was just a normal candidate.
Company strength does not matter the most but their behaviour does before an interview or after the interview.
