★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you register with them they will be after you till you don't make advance part payment after that nobody will respond nor to your phone calls, email, SMS or Whatsapp message. Seems to be Scam. Wish if there was option for negative rating.

Will prefer different publishers over them, almost daily we need to call for follow up and worst part they will never answer unless it makes author irritated then just SMS will be sent send your mail and then it will not be replied. Having very difficult time with them, same range prefer some other publications.... I could have given negative marks... But not possible due to system...

Once after registering, they will hound you and after making even a part payment, they'll just dump you. One of the most unethical, unprofessional, abusive, and fraudulent organisation is this. Never go with them.

After that there’s not a single call back from their side even they don't respond to the calls. I have recently wasted my time and money here. After publishing your book they will not send you sales report and will ask for money to show you your sales report. Publication k naam pe dhabba ho tum

This is to share my publishing experience with Inkart publishing (another self publishing company of Educreation)
I opted for their premium package and was promised everything mentioned on their website. They wanted me to make an initial payment of Rs 12,500 which I did.
Post making the payment, the consultant started ignoring my calls, did not even bother to guide me on the rest of the process, after multiple calls gave me only one line answers as if doing some favor on me.
Below are pointwise issues with Inkart publication :
1) They are frauds, no helpine works, only a single point of contact, non existant escalation channel, no digital team to reach out to you. All in all, it is a total scam.
2) No proper editors, guess they use editing software. I found so many errors with editing ( grammer, sentence construction etc.) even after they sent me the edited manuscript.
3) No one bothers to even apologize for their loose service/ behaviour and reach out to their customer to correct what is wrong.
Please, this is to all aspiring authors who want to publish their book. You guys put in all the hard work and want your effort to be respected atleast. People at Inkart do not give a damn about your passion and dreams, all they want is money.
NEVER PUBLISH WITH INKART, they are not worth it.
