★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Pathetic services! No accountability no responsibility esp the Kolkata team..the staff behaviour is a huge huge disappointment.. Coming from the service industry customer handling should be of prime concern for you guys but in vain!
The company claims to help us establish business in USA. when they can't handle simple logistics between two metropolitan cities. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service only thinks about money and their safety they do not care about customers goods and services which actually should be provided by their end they even charge for the bill they prepare for you print out might cost you 1 rupee but they’ll charge 100 rupees if possible they’ll even make you pay their staffs salary……..and for their kind information mr.Praveen Somani opening up a transportation is not enough try to create quality service which is actually the right word for transportation =service .
