Previous:
Bought a dress for my niece. Since it was a gift we had asked to erase the price. 3 days later(today) went for an exchange since she already has that dress but the owner refused to do so. Price tag was entirely missing. We said it was their employee who did it but owner did not agree. We even showed the bill. "Price tag ke bina kaise bechenge hum kisi aur ko" was his silly response". Not sure why these people open a shop when they can't understand customers' needs.

2. Selling old shoes which are not at all in good shape and condition at high rate
3. Not giving any sort of flexibility for Consumers who wants to exchange
Attitude towards consumer is not at all good.

Very bad experience. They are not ready show more designs for baby clothes for 2 years they simply use to say no more designs available for 2 year baby. What is this if it's a baby shop? Owner was too arrogant...
