★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional. I have given 3 rounds of interview. Regarding 2nd Round of Interview project manager ordered me before hiring .Project manager should know how to take interview and behave with a candidate during interview time.That's a difference between MNC and Small company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very unprofessional interview experience, I cleared two technical rounds here and HR told me to soon schedule third round. But for the final round i got no call afterwards from HR. When i followed up with HR, she said she has already left the company few days back and was on notice period earlier. She told me she will pass on message to new HR. I was hoping I might receive call for scheduling my third round but no response yet since last 4 weeks. This is complete waste of a candidate's time, no proper structure and big communication gap here. It shows how unprofessional HR management system is there.

The company trusts its employees and helps them in setting their goals. The extra curricular activities are also done keeping in mind of employees satisfaction.
Some pros:
Employee friendly, cool environment, good work ethics, nice place for entry level employment. Enormous growth opportunities for everyone.
Also, the management is directly approachable and the people are respected over here.
