★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant three days trip with family. The driver was very fussy for everything. He refused to travel locally saying that he is meant for outstation and not for local. We had to book two three Ola cabs. We were supposed to pay State permit tax at actuals but they refused to provide the actual receipts they paid at RTO points, collected 1000/- for Tamilnadu entry and 2200/- for AP. They charged 300/- extra as driver bhaya for travelling 1.5km at midnight for a medical store. Very unfortunate that we got that kind of fussy and unfriendly driver even though we treated him with respect and took care of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an Innova Crysta for our family trip during the last week of November. The cab driver (Narasimha Murthy) was on time and the cab was neat and tidy. Driver was soft natured and knew the places and good restaurants very well. He was also flexible and made no negative comments for changes to the plan but ensured we enjoy the trip by making updates to his schedule. He even provided his suggestions when asked. Overall the trip was a success, thanks to the driver and the travels. Would recommend others too. Mr. Narasimha Murthy who is the owner (not the cab driver) of this travels helped us on the required eRegistrations too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service . Narayan Murthy the owner promised me of good service while booking . And , needless to say it was a great experience . The driver by name Murthy was really good. We took 4 days trip to Tirupati and he was very obedient and polite through out. Highly recommend this car service for outstations .
