Called upon to reflect on the consequences of my choices before I made them. I learnt to see the the financial perspective of things and hold myself to account for the impact of my work on the company. What I did not leant in 14 years of my career I learnt in last 2 years. Financially as well this assignment is rewarding. You will actually have to raise your game and be on the top and above all rise above all excuses and deliver results.
