★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from this company under any circumstance! The products are not what they describe or show you in their videos. The plate makers are made with parts from old used products including old laptop computers. My plate maker arrived and when I connected the electrical, it made a buzzing sound and then popped and never worked. I contacted them several times and they did not help and ignored my requests for a refund or a repair or replacement. I sent the plate maker to a company to repair it and they laughed at me saying this machine is a joke and they should not be in business selling it. I also told this to my friend who is from Ahmedabad India and was very upset that someone from there would do this. I suggested that he go and visit this company next time he is in India to discuss how they can take advantage of customers and not even make a real machine that works. I am out thousands of dollars.
