★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't value customers time. Every time you visit to collect your vehicle you will find something is not proper. Either vehicle is not washed or service is not up to the mark. You cannot expect all things at a single time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Not in stock" thats the only I heard from this service center. I have given them my bike few times and everytime they came up with saying this word. They will request you to keep your vehicle for 2-3 days and after that they call and say its still not available. They're just interested in washing your vehicle in the name of service (paid/free). Parts are not available and this can be dangerous for rider.

1) Helpful staff
2) Quick vehicle acceptance
3) Faster procedure for vehicles coming into insurance
4) Satisfactory work
5) Great & free after service troubleshooting within few days (for genuine reasons)
Coming over to cons:
*I Clearly want to give a disclaimer that i am not defaming this particular service centre or do not want to blame anyone but i am writing what i have personally experienced*
1) No "Free Pick Up & drop" service for servicing the vehicles.
2) People here forget to tell that vehicle is ready and up for self pick up ( I would like not to write the reason i get to know this, it would eat up many words, but this is true).
Thanks for reading patiently till the end.
**My final verdict on Innovative Honda Service Centre, Sabarmati, is that it has pretty nice and faster service persons and trained technicians to my best knowledge.
Do not hesitate giving them your two wheeler for next service.

Come early to drop off, if season time then drop-off after 0900hours also means delivery next day.
Good customer representation, by following up on customer 7-days after the service date. Keeping complaints open for re-work. Had to go back for a complain, but the issue was resolved with additional discount for customer retention.

Service is nice but I gave inly 2 star ⭐ instead of 5 ?
