★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is just average INOX. No temprature check done nore asked for the compulsory mask. Food purchase system, using TV touch section, was not working. No proper message was mentioned for payment only through Paytm wallet. Only single payment counter was in working to make long line of customers. No bill given/generated for food purchase. Theater was small compare to other INOXs. I strongly recommend not to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't had good experience. The sound system was not good and sound was too loud to enjoy the movie. The treble was so high that each sound is jarring to the ears and shaking the head.
We raised it with the theatre manager too twice but nothing happened.
And best part is the AC were turned off in mid movie which added to the frustration.
Overall very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Friends, We went 3 times at INOX Sapphire 90. Since this is new INOX, things are good, clean. However, less sitting arrangement at Theater Lobby. Food & Beverage is too costly. Sound & Picture quality is Great.
The Biggest Problem we faced was Too Much Cooling inside the Theater.
(in all Screens)
It seems they don't have temperature adjustment controller.
It can be only ON & OFF.
When the AC is ON, you'll feel too much cold inside theater.
You must wear full sleeves Shirts, Full Pants.
With half Sleeves & shorts, your movie experience could be bitter.
We left in-between an ongoing movie due to too much coldness.
Please visit there with Winchester or Stole.
Hope Theater authority will take the issue seriously & improve the facility.

Paytm and ticket counter price were similar. We booked 2 tickets on Paytm for 345rs but at ticket counter when we asked it was for 340rs
Ambience:
Ambience was good, crowd was fine, lightings and everything was perfect
Food:
*Can be booked on counter and also online through QR code scan and also one person came to every seat to ask for order

The seating is nice and clean
The image quality is superb but when watching 3D the image looks a little soft
The sound quality is also very good compared to other movie theatres near it
