★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience…. Never want to visit again in this ghatiya hall. Sound quality is worst worst …… at the time of watching I haven’t feel that i m watching a great movie….. their row-w14 is very un comfortable…. A man who is co ordinate all the seats system told us the seat is not for sold so he provide a better seat for us but the management has to inform about this on their online portal or at the time of booking .. i am typing this review that the time of watching movie (the kashmir files) 10:15 show i was very excited for this movie …. But this cinema hall spoiled my mood and distracted me because of their sound quality and cinema facility…. Even snacks are also worst the taste of cold drink is like mixed of water with gud quantity…… never want to visit again literally this cinema hall is waste of money . Bakwas janta ki gossiping tk sunai de rhi thi dur seat pr bethe hue walo tk ki cz sound is lyk i was watching movie in television ?? Washroom is leaking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully designed but now condition of chairs are very bad , felt like there is no maintenance team .... It could be better if you involve a chair repairing and maintenance guy rather than waiters for serving corns and colddrink

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to watch movies but lighting is a problem inside theater they don't turn off all lights so bit annoying also if you want to buy popcorn and cold drink you must add balance to your paytm wallet you can't transfer directly from bank this is a big issue otherwise picture quality is good and sound is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll say it was average. Sound and picture quality is descent overall. seats are not so comfortable if you are going there to watch a movie which is more than 150mins. (when I was watching the Kashmir files on 24-03-22).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much comfortable to watch movies.. build poorly.. very bad experience.. from top seats you have to sit straight to get view of full screen.. others lower part of screen gets hidden.. can be better sound and cleaner .
