I live in shyam nagar, Jaipur. I got solar panel installation done under Govt subsidy scheme through them before monsoon this year. During monsoon, 4 panels were blown away due to wind. Almost all homes around me, have solar panel installation but none of them were blown away during monsoon. This tells about their substandard workmanship. On top of that, they are not ready to change the solar panels also. This shows how much onus they take for their work & how low their work ethics are. They have stopped responding to phone calls & even if they pick up, they have some dilly dallying tactics to fool you. They claim they are one of the biggest solar panel manufacturer, I think this whole incident tells about their work culture & work ethics. I will not suggest anyone to get installation done through them.
