I brought their tiles for my new home’s bathroom. We ordered for different tiles for 3 of my new home’s bathroom and here is the full list of problems I faced:-
1. The tiles that came after ordering were different that what we ordered as they got confused in the order and they didn’t take the wrong goods back. Since we were running out on time and already paid some money, we were left with no choice but to accept the wrong product
2. Two of their tiles in 2 months time started getting spoiled. The coating on the top of it started coming out. Please note that these were not the cheap tiles that we would expect such quality. Photos of the same attached.
3. We complained about it to them and after a long a due they managed to provide a solution of getting it re coated. We agreed to it but that worsened the conditions of the tiles and now post that they simply say ‘they can’t help anything about this now’
Summary - the quality, the customer service is worst and they charge a bomb for their products and take no responsibility about it. There are other vendors who are ready to give good service and wish to earn customer satisfaction, they are definitely not out of those.
