★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz implement pro-people policy to address d complain 1.how to sell property on d basis of legal heir with other co -sharer absence.If it is left on d mercy of sub registration officer,then it is treated as encouraging bribes n bossism.If on one co- sharer is in dire need and other co-sharer doesn't give consent ,then needy shareholder r encouraged to live under black mail.
