★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience i’ve ever had at any apple store, I have been a loyal apple customer for more than 10 years, and haven’t had any such experience at any other apple store, the employees were standing ideal talking to each other & when i asked about the product I wanted they asked me to go to the billing counter where no one was there to attend and after waiting for about 10mins when i asked them about the product once again i was asked to wait for another 15mins by one of the employees who was busy in talking with his colleagues, so I walked out of the store and made the purchase from crystal I store in the same mall within next 10mins. Never expected such behaviour from employees of a company which claims that the don’t just sell a product but they sell a complete experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all good behaviour by the staff. I felt disappointed by inspire, the staff started misbehaving, even they are least interested in showing the product, they all just rome inside the shop. It’s better to not to go there and purchase it from somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont pick up calls for warranty service ever, waiting for hour in the service centre longe and there’s no one here, lunch goes past 5 and they leave by 6. While their availability is super questionable I was able to meet the staff in a few attempts, they're helpful and polite, resolved my issue within minutes if you don't count the hours of waiting and travel time.

Had to leave the store and then ordered the product online!

I have been to NY apple store and know the standard of apple resellers as well. These guys are bunch of naïve folks with no understanding of product or services apple has to offer. They are having fun by manning the store and making the customer feel disappointed. I guess the management is super complacent and don't care if they sale anything or not... unnecessary attitude from all staff, just not worth the trip to store forget about buying...
