★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic store ever! It's better to shop online, rather than going in this store. People there themselves don't have any correct information. They will take forever to bill your products.
They even misplace your sim, while trading your phones.
DONT SHOP FROM THIS STORE, or you will soon want to stop using Apple products also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me the wrong price (1,000 less) of a Macbook Pro Apple Care Protection plan and then badgered me and my family for one whole day with repeated calls asking for the difference to be paid separately. It was more their harassment than anything else which, in the end, made me resolute on my refusal to co-operate. Really poor coming from an Apple Official Store.
Ps: if someone has the contact of their owner do share. I’d like to report these employees who first make the blunder of not knowing the product pricing of an item they’ve been selling for years, and then come after the customer with their unsolicited calls.

The product is not available in market, we wish to know when would it be available yet the response was "store mei aakar baat karna". On the other hand, the C21 store not only solved are query but also helped with other details and even took our contact details to further update us when it's available. And all of this "on phone". So I guess it's just you guys! Thanks for nothing.

Best part is No seconds sale but full cooperation in repairs of Apple Gadgets.
All the paraphernalia of a POSH Showroom, like well dressed, well behaved Executives, cute sitting arrangement and display system.
Could have been 5 * if water, cold or coffee were offered. ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales people are helpful, they have a broad range of apple products, mcbook, iphone, smart watches,case, glass guards and many more… they explained the features well… dur to covid they don’t let use us the restroom and don’t have water facilities which is more imp i think… They can manage that too if they want…
